Kids Musical Theatre Classes 6-12 Years

At SJ Theatre Arts Academy, our musical theatre classes are the perfect place for young performers to build confidence, make friends, and  

classes are for ages 6 -12 years, these classes combine singing, dancing, and acting in a fun, supportive encouraging environment  where confidence grows we focus on teamwork, creativity, and self-expression.

Classes suitable for all abilities  

 In these classes we focus on these main elements 

• Acting skills – Acting through song and charactersion  
  Vocal training – Breath control, pitch and diction
  Dance and movement – Students will learn a variety of styles  
  Performance opportunities – Students can take part In local events and showcases throughout the year.
• Exams & Medals – (Not Compulsory)Students can take group performers awards or graded examinations with our exam body The National Performing Arts Alliance

What to wear & Bring 

• Comfortable clothing you can move in
• Trainers or pumps no school shoes  
• A water bottle
• A positive attitude
